Cancellation & Service Policy

Your time is valuable—and so is ours. To ensure fairness and allow us to accommodate waitlisted clients, the following policies apply to all appointments.

🕐 Cancellation & Rescheduling:

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be forfeited. Short-notice changes leave gaps in our schedule that cannot always be filled.

Payment Policy:

• Full payment is required prior to your appointment

• Appointments may be rescheduled in accordance with this policy

• All sales are final. No refunds
  
  

🔄 Running Late:

A 10-minute grace period is provided.

• Arrivals beyond 10 minutes may be considered a late arrival

• Late arrivals may result in a shortened service to respect the next client’s appointment

• No-shows are non-refundable

Service Guarantee – Touch-Ups & Adjustments:

We are committed to delivering a flawless, natural-looking glow. If you experience an issue with your tan, we’re happy to assess and offer adjustments under the following guidelines:

Touch-Up Policy:
✔ Requests must be made within 48 hours of your appointment
✔ Photos are required after full processing time (24–48 hours post-application)
✔ Adjustments are made at management’s discretion based on assessment
✔ No refunds will be issued
